We Cleaned Up!

The BHMET team would like to thank all of the amazing volunteers who supported our Annual Conservation Week Big Beach Clean-up yesterday!!!

We had a record number of volunteers with 92 participants!

The rubbish weight tally = 1550 kg - that’s over 1.5 tonnes and of that St Teresa’s staff and pupils collected 250 kg!
An epic day followed by a wonderful afternoon tea at the Anchorage Cafe - generously donated by Real Journeys!

Thanks to all involved, especially Tracker Black who coordinated the clean-up, big thanks to the land owners for allowing access and of course a huge thanks to all the volunteers for taking the time on a beautiful Saturday afternoon to support us. Here a a couple of pics of the day :)
Thanks again everyone BHMET ❤️
